In the event of a reservation cancellation by the guest, the following conditions apply:
• If the guest cancels the reservation after confirmation, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
• If the guest does not show up on the scheduled arrival date, the full reservation amount will be charged.
Reservations made through the Booking.com platform are subject to its terms and conditions, whereby the full reservation amount will be charged to the guest in advance at the time of booking.
